| 目的 探讨临床应用荧光素钠发生不良反应的影响因素,为临床合理用药提供科学的参考依据。方法 采用logistic回归分析,对2013年6月至2016年6月在武汉市第五医院和武汉艾格眼科医院634例病人的临床资料进行多因素分析。结果年龄(≥45[KG-*3]~<65岁)、有既往史2个指标/变量均为中重度荧光素钠注射液不良反应的危险因素(P<0.05),OR值分别为3.95和5.23。结论 病人的年龄和既往史是荧光素钠不良反应的主要影响因素,对此类病人进行眼底血管荧光造影时要做好用药指导,确保临床用药安全。 |

| ObjectiveTo explore the influencing factors of adverse reactions of fluorescein sodium in clinical application,and to provide scientific basis for rational drug use.Methods Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the clinical data of 634 patients in the Fifth Hospital in Wuhan and Wuhan Eye Good Ophthalmic Hospital from June 2013 to June 2016.Results Age (≥45[KG-*3]~65 years old) and previous historywere risk factors for adverse reactions of moderate-to-severe serotonin injection (P<0.05),and the OR values were 3.95 and 5.23,respectively.Conclusion The age and past history of patients are the main causes of adverse reactions of fluorescein sodium.It is necessary to make medication guidance for fundus fluorescein angiography in such patients to ensure the safety of clinical medication. |
