| 目的 探讨益肾种子丸联合枸橼酸氯米芬对脾肾两虚型不孕症病人体内激素及子宫内膜的影响,并评价其治疗效果。方法 收集2015年1月至2016年6月在开封市医学科学研究所收治的不孕症病人(脾肾两虚型)96例,用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组48例,两组均给予枸橼酸氯米芬常规治疗,观察组加用益肾种子丸口服。4周为一个疗程,治疗3个疗程后观察两组体内雌二醇(E2) 、促卵泡生长激素(FSH)水平和子宫内膜厚度变化情况,并评价治疗效果。结果 两组病人在治疗前血清E2、FSH水平及子宫内膜厚度差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；观察组治疗后血清E2水平[(38.19±6.51) ng/mL]明显升高,FSH水平[(7.27±0.88)IU/L]明显降低,与对照组治疗后[(33.01±5.38) ng/mL、(7.84±1.15) IU/L]比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.249、2.727,P=0.000、0.008)；观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度[(0.81±0.06) mm]明显增加,与对照组[(0.76±0.07) mm]比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.757,P=0.000)；对照组总有效36例(75.00%),观察组总有效45例(93.75%),两组比较,观察组总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.400,P=0.011)；观察组共妊娠21例,妊娠率为43.75%,明显高于对照组(妊娠8例,妊娠率为16.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.524,P=0.033)；两组病人在治疗中均未发生严重不良反应。结论 益肾种子丸联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗脾肾两虚型不孕症,能够改善病人激素水平和子宫内膜的厚度,增加治疗效果及妊娠率。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of Yishen seed pill combined with Clomiphene citrate on hormone and endometrial in infertility patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Methods Ninety-six infertility patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type treated in Medical Science Research Institute of Kaifeng City from January 2015 to June 2016 were collected and assigned into the observation group and the control group by random number table,each of which included 48 cases.The two groups were given routine treatment with Clomiphene citrate,but the observation group was added with Yishen seed pill,four weeks was one course of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the levels of estradiol (E2),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and endometrial thickness in two groups were observed,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results Before treatment,serum E2,FSH levels and endometrial thickness of the two groups of patients were not significantly different (P＞0.05)；after treatment,the serum E2 level [(38.19±6.51) ng/mL] of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment [(33.01±5.38) ng/mL],and the level of FSH [(7.27±0.88) IU/L] was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment [(7.84±1.15) IU/L] (t=4.249、2.727,P=0.000、0.008).The endometrial thickness [(0.81±0.06)mm] of the observation group after treatment was obviously thicker than that in the control group [(0.76±0.07)mm] (t=3.757,P=0.000).The total effective rate in the observation group was 45 cases (93.75%),which was significantly higher than that in the control group (36 cases,75.00%) (χ2=6.400,P=0.011).There were 21 (43.75%) cases of pregnancy in the observation group,which were significantly more than those in the control group (8 cases,16.67%) (χ2=4.524,P=0.033).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients during treatment.Conclusions Yishen seed pill combined with Clomiphene citrate in the treatment of infertility with spleen kidney deficiency type can improve hormone levels and endometrial thickness in patients,and strengthen the effect of treatment and pregnancy rate. |
