| 目的 为构建住院病人自备药管理体系提供参考。方法 基于国际医疗机构联合委员会(JCI)标准对住院病人自备药管理的具体要求,构建安徽医科大学第二附属医院住院病人自备药安全管理体系,并以相关指标评判管理效果。结果 参考JCI标准具体要求,安徽医科大学第二附属医院构建的住院病人自备药管理体系包括制订制度、全方位审核和定期检查；自2016年10月构建自备药管理体系后,住院病人自备药的储存使用合格率从2016年10月63.5%提高至2017年3月的96.1%。结论 该院构建的住院病人自备药管理体系比较全面,确保了自备药的安全储存使用和管理体系的持续改进。 |

| Objective To provide reference for the establishment of self-provided medication management system.Methods Based on the relevant requirements of Joint Commission International (JCI) standards for the management of patients with self-care,self-provided medication safety management system in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University was established,and the effectiveness of the management was evaluated with the relevant indicators.Results According to the relevant requirements of JCI standards,self-provided medication management system for hospitalized patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University included the formulation of a system,comprehensive assessment and regular inspection.Since the building of self-provided medication management system in October 2016,the qualified rate of storage and use of self-provided drugs for inpatients increased from 63.5% in October 2016 to 96.1% in March 2017.Conclusions The self-provided drug management system of inpatients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University is relatively comprehensive,which ensures the safe storage and use of self-provided drugs and the continuous improvement of the management system. |
