| 目的 了解离休老干部住院疾病谱的发生和发展动态,以便有针对性地开展医疗保健和预防工作。 方法 对老干部住院次数、不同年龄段住院构成比及不同年度病人疾病谱进行比较。 结果 2015—2017年超过2次住院的超过了50%,最多的达到10次,80~89岁住院构成比最高；3年的前10位疾病基本相同,主要为心脑血管、呼吸系统疾病,冠心病、椎基底动脉供应不足始终居前2位；平均住院天数呈逐年下降。 |

| Objective To understand the disease spectrum of retired veteran cadres in hospital and provide scientific basis for preventive health care. Methods Compared with the diseases necessitating admission,constituent ratio of different ages and disease spectrum of old cadres in different years. Results In 2015—2017,more than fifty percent of patients were hospitalized for more than 2 times,the highest ratio is between 80-89 years.The top 10 diseases are basically the same,vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency vertigo and artery coronary heart disease are always in the top 2.The average hospitalization days decreased year by year. Conclusion The individual,specific health guidance can improve the physical quality of old cadres. |
