| 目的 探讨临床药师持续性干预对医院丙氨酰谷氨酰胺临床合理应用的作用和效果。 方法 对2016年使用丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液、注射用丙氨酰谷氨酰胺的出院病人病历进行收集与分析,同时针对相应问题开展持续性的药学干预。 结果 临床药师对丙氨酰谷氨酰胺的使用进行持续性药学干预后,医院丙氨酰谷氨酰胺的临床应用合理率从62%上升至96%。 |

| Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the rational use of alanyl-glutamine and evaluate the intervention effect. Methods All the discharge medical orders using alanyl-glutamine during four quarters of 2016 were analyzed,meanwhile,continuous pharmaceutical intervention was carried out according to relevant problems. Results After the continued pharmaceutical care for the use of alanyl-glutamine,the rational rate of clinical application of alanyl glutamine in the hospital increased from 62% to 96%. Conclusion Continuous intervention can improve the safety,effectiveness and economy of drug treatment. |
