| Etomidate is a hydroxyl salt of imidazole,which is widely used in clinical anesthesia because of its unique safety characteristics.The biggest limitation of etomidate in clinical application is adrenocortical suppression.The author summarizes the application status and adverse reactions of etomidate,and introduces the research progress of various etomidate derivatives. |
