| 目的 探讨完善的围手术期护理在环状骨移植同期牙种植体植入手术病人中的应用价值。方法 安徽医科大学附属口腔医院2015年12月至2016年12月收治缺牙伴牙槽骨垂直向骨缺损6例,均接受颏部环状骨移植同期牙种植体植入术。术前与病人充分沟通,进行口腔卫生宣教,建立良好的护患关系,确保手术室与手术器械的无菌管理;术中与医生密切配合,严格遵循无菌操作;术后从指导进食、生活习惯、植骨区与供骨区观察、影像学观察、预防种植体失败和心理护理等方面进行护理干预。结果 6例切口均一期愈合。术后6个月,影像学结果证实种植体周围实现骨结合,移植骨成活率100%。颏部供骨区愈合良好,病人无明显的感觉异常。结论 完善的围手术期护理支持可以有效的促进环状植骨同期种植体植入术的成功。 |

| Objective To summarize the nursing experience of autogenous bone ring grafting with simultaneous implant placement in a one-stage procedure.Methods Six patients with only one tooth lost in Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from December 2015 to December 2016 were included.Bone rings were harvested from the chin and fitted in the prepared sockets.Implant was screwed through the ring into the alveolar bone.Preoperative care focused on ensuring the aseptic environment and establishing good relationship between doctors and patients.During the operation,cooperated well with doctors and followed the aseptic operation strictly.The key points in postoperative care were diet guidance,observation of the soft tissue of graft region and donor site,prevention of infection and psychological nursing.Results All the 6 patients receiving bone ring graft with immediate implant placement had excellent prognosis.Conclusions Improving nursing intervention ensured the success of bone ring graft with immediate implant. |
