      目的 探讨改良心电监护仪导线管理方法在早产儿中的应用效果。方法 选择2016年12月至2017年2月入住上海交通大学附属新华医院新生儿重症监护室(NICU)符合纳入标准的早产儿60例,按信封法随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组采用常规连接法管理心电监护仪导线,观察组采用改良编织法管理心电监护仪导线。比较两组病儿电极脱落次数、导线缠绕次数、粪便污染次数并进行线性回归分析。结果 观察组病儿以[M(P25,P25)]表示,分别为电极脱落次数0(0,1)、导线缠绕次数1(0,1)及粪便污染次数1(0,1)均少于对照组3(2,5)、1(0,1)、2(1,2),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。线性回归分析结果显示新方法对电极脱落次数、导线缠绕次数及粪便污染次数的β值分别为-0.661、-0.722、-0.500,且均满足P<0.05。结论 改良监护仪导线管理方法可以提高早产儿的护理质量,提高护理工作效率。

      Objective To explore the application effect of improved monitor wire management method in premature babies.Methods Between December 2016 and February 2017,the 60 cases of premature infants who are treated and eligible for inclusion at the NICU of Xinhua Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University.The control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30) were divided according to envelope method,the control group was using the conventional connection method,and the observation group adopted the improved weaving method.The number of electrode shedding occurred,the number of electrode wires wrapped around each other and the number of fecal contamination were compared in the two groups,and linear regression analysis is carried out.Results The number of electrode shedding,wire winding and fecal contamination in the observation group were 0 (0,1),1 (0,1) and 1 (0,1),respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group 3 (2,5),1 (0,1),2 (1,2).There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.001).The results of linear regression analysis showed that the β values of electrode shedding times,wire winding times and fecal contamination times were -0.661,0.722 and 0.500,respectively,and all of them met P<0.05.Conclusion The improved monitor wire management method can improve the quality of care of premature infants and improve the efficiency of nursing.
