Platelet rich fibrin(PRF)withmany advantages,such as convenient preparation,low cost,no ethical controversy and no cross infection risk,has attracted extensive attention in clinic.Through the combined action of fibrin network,platelets and white blood cells,PRF has been gradually applied to bone regeneration and wound repair.The article reviews the application of PRF in bone regeneration and wound repair and its possible mechanisms. |
