| 目的 研究自噬相关蛋白(LC3)和E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、波形蛋白(Vimentin)在子宫内膜异位症病人中的表达情况，探讨其与子宫内膜异位症发生发展的相关性。方法 选取2018年1—11月在武汉市第三医院行全子宫切除术的子宫内膜异位症41例，留取41例病人的异位子宫内膜(异位内膜组)及在位子宫内膜(在位内膜组)，另外留取同期的38例因子宫肌瘤行全子宫或次全子宫切除术病人的正常子宫内膜(正常内膜组)，采用免疫组化SP法检测留取标本中LC3，E-cadherin，Vimentin表达。结果 异位内膜组中LC3的阳性表达率(78.049%)明显高于正常内膜组(21.053%)和在位内膜组(31.707%)(P＜0.05)，LC3的阳性表达率在正常内膜组和在位内膜组中差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，异位内膜组和在位内膜组中E-cadherin阳性表达率(19.512%、39.024%)均低于正常内膜组(73.684%)(P＜0.05)；异位内膜组和在位内膜组中Vimentin阳性表达率(73.171%、53.659%)均高于正常内膜组(18.421%)(P＜0.05)。异位内膜组LC3与E-cadherin、Vimentin表达有相关性(P＜0.05)；在位内膜组LC3与E-cadherin、Vimentin表达无相关性(P＞0.05)；E-cadherin与Vimentin在异位内膜组和在位内膜组中表达呈负相关(P＜0.05)；正常子宫内膜中三者无相关性(P＞0.05)。结论 在异位子宫内膜组织中，自噬表达水平上调伴有EMT现象的发生，推测自噬可能参与EMT发生，导致异位病灶的形成发展。 |

| Objective To study the expression of LC3 and E-cadherin and Vimentin in patients with endometriosis，and to explore their correlation with the occurrence and development of endometriosis.Methods The expression of LC3，E-cadherin and Vimentin in 41 patients with ovarian endometriosis who underwent total hysterectomy and 38 patients with factor uterine leiomyoma who underwent total or subtotal hysterectomy were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results The positive expression rate of LC3 in ectopic endometrium group (78.049%)was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium group (21.053%)and eutopic endometrium group(31.707%) (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of LC3 between normal endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group (P＞0.05).The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group was lower than that in control group(19.512%，39.024% vs. 18.421%) (P＜0.05).It was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The correlation between LC3 expression and E-cadherin and Vimentin expression in ectopic endometrium group was statistically significant (P＜0.05)；There was no significant correlation between the expression of LC3 and E-cadherin and Vimentin in the eutopic endometrium group (P＞0.05).The expression of E-cadherin and Vimentin was negatively correlated in the ectopic endometrium group and the eutopic endometrium group (P＜ 0.05)；There was no significant correlation btween the three in normal endometrium (P＞0.05).Conclusion In ectopic endometrium，the up-regulation of autophagy expression is associated with the occurrence of EMT.It is speculated that autophagy may be involved in the occurrence of EMT and lead to the formation and development of ectopic lesions. |
