      目的观察基于互联网的营养支持小组( NST)对胃癌化疗病人营养状态的改善效果。方法选取 2014年 9月至 2016年 4月四川大学华西医院 132例胃癌术后化疗病人作为研究对象。科室于 2015年 7月成立多学科 NST,充分利用互联网优势,对病人实施个性化的营养治疗。将 NST成立前的 60例胃癌术后化疗病人设为对照组,实施常规营养治疗; NST成立后的 72例病人设为 NST组,实施基于互联网的多学科营养支持治疗。比较两组病人营养干预前后的营养状态、血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白及生存质量。结果营养干预后, NST组的主观整体评估( PG?SGA)分级与营养干预前相比明显改善,且 NST组营养干预后的 PG?SGA分级明显优于对照组( P<0.05)。 NST组营养干预后的血清白蛋白水平为( 32.20±10.46)g/L,显著高于对照组的(26.04±12.28)g/L(t=3.112,P=0.021)前白蛋白水平为( 196.42±57.43)mg/L,也显著高于对照组的( 122.35±55.28)mg/L(t=

      Objective To explore the effect of internet?based nutrition support team(NST)on improving nutritional status of gas? tric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 132 patients with gastric cancer who underwent chemotherapyafter operation in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from September 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the study sub?jects.Multidisciplinary NST was set up in July 2015,which made full use of the advantages of the Internet to implement personal?ized nutritional treatment for patients.Sixty patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy before NST establishment weretreated with routine nutritional therapy as control group,while 72 patients after NST establishment as NST group were treated withmultidisciplinary nutritional support therapy based on the Internet.The nutritional status,serum albumin,serum prealbumin and quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the subjective overall as? sessment(PG?SGA)grade of NST group was significantly improved compared with that before intervention,and the PG?SGA grade of NST group after intervention was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).The serum albumin level in NST group after intervention was(32.20±10.46)g/L,which was significantly higher than that in control group[(26.04±12.28)g/L;t=3.112, P=0.021]and prealbumin level was(196.42±57.43)mg/L in NST group,which was also significantly higher than that in control group[( 122.,35±55.28)mg/L;t=7.505,P=0.000].The scores of somatic function,social function,emotional function,cognitivefunction and role function in NST group were significantly higher than those in control group,while the scores of appetite,insomnia, pain,nausea and vomiting were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total score of EORTC QLQ?C30 was(67.12±14.46)in NST group after intervention,which was significantly higher than that in NST group before intervention[(55.83± 9.14); t=12.605,P=0.000],and higher than that in control group[( 54.58±14.92;t=11.625,P=0.000].Conclusion Internet? based NST can effectively improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
