      目的建立一种利用高效液相色谱法同时检测女金胶囊、调经丸、舒尔经颗粒、活血止痛膏四种中成药中橙皮苷和丹皮酚含量的方法。方法以女金胶囊为例,取供试品 10粒,内容物混匀,精密称取 0.2 g,置 50 mL量瓶中,超声提取,甲醇定容;采用 Agilent ZORBAX SB?C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱进行分离, 0.2%磷酸溶液与甲醇梯度洗脱,柱温 30 ℃,紫外检测器定量检测。结果橙皮苷和丹皮酚在质量浓度为 0.2~20.0 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好;相关系数 R2>0.995;检测限:橙皮苷为 0.05 μg/mL、丹皮酚为 0.08 μg/mL;橙皮苷和丹皮酚 3个浓度点(0.2、1.0和 10 μg/mL)回收率分别在 92.6%~100.9%、90.6%~98.2%之间;方法重复性(n=6)在 5.0%以内。结论该方法具有前处理简单、检出限低、准确度高等优点,可用于女金胶囊等四种中成药中橙皮苷和丹皮酚的含量的测定。

      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of Hesperidin and Paeonol in Nujin capsule,Tiaojing pill,Shuerjing granule and Huoxue Zhitong ointment by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods Taking Nujin capsuleas an example,10 test samples were taken,the contents were mixed,0.2 g was precisely weighed and placed in a 50 mL measuring bottle,extract by ultrasound,and fix the volume with methanol;agilent ZORBAX SB?C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column was se? lected for separation,and the gradient was eluted with 0.2% phosphoric acid solution and methanol.Column temperature was main? tained at 30 ℃,UV?detector was selected for quantitative detection.Results Hesperidin and Paeonol showed good linear relation? ship in the range 0.3?20.0 μg/mL(R2>0.995).Detection limit of Hesperidin and Paeonol was 0.05 μg/mL and 0.08 μg/mL,respec? tively.The recovery rates of Hesperidin and Paeonol at three concentration points(0.2,1.0,10 μg/mL)were 92.6%?100.9% and 90.6%?98.2% respectively;the method repeatability of Hesperidin and Paeonol was both within 5.0%(n=6).Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,low detection limit and high accuracy.It can be used for the determination of Hesperidin and Paeonol in four Chinese patent medicines such as female gold capsules.
