| 目的探讨肿瘤内科临床药师药学服务切入点。方法报告了国内首例报道的克唑替尼相关食管溃疡，临床药师查阅资料并应用药学知识分析克唑替尼相关食管溃疡的发生原因，为临床提供不良反应的解决措施，并为病人进行用药教育。结果临床药师辅助医生为病人处理了克唑替尼相关不良反应，使病人的生存质量得到提高。结论临床药师以处理肿瘤病人药品不良反应为切入点，可优化靶向治疗的临床疗效。 |

| Objective To explore how to carry out pharmaceutical services for patients.Methods The first case of Crizotinib?relat? ed esophageal ulcer in China was reported.Clinical pharmacists analyzed the causes of Crizotinib?related esophageal ulcer，providedsolutions for adverse reactions，and gave medication education for patients.Results Clinical pharmacists assisted the doctors to deal with the Crizotinib?related adverse drug reactions，which improved the quality of life of patients.Conclusion Clinical pharma? cists can optimize the therapeutic effect of targeted therapy by dealing with the adverse drug reactions. |
