| 目的加强重点监控药品管理，促进临床合理用药。方法建立重点监控药品目录，并采取预警管理及奖惩措施等多种方式，配合处方点评，评价干预前后重点监控药品使用情况。结果重点监控目录药品销售金额由干预前( 2017年 7月至 12月) 650.24万元降至干预后( 2018年 7月至 12月) 495.24万元，占所有药品销售比由干预前的 22.24%降至干预后的 14.25%，高金额抗肿瘤药物用药频度排序靠后，日均费用较小，营养性药品用药频度排序下降明显，抗菌药物、辅助性药品及营养性药品的不合理病历数均有下降。结论开展重点监控药品管理能够有效促进临床合理用药。 |

| Objective To strengthen the management of key monitoring drugs and promote rational drug use in clinical practice. Methods A list of key monitoring drugs was established and various methods such as early warning management and reward andpunishment measures were adopted to evaluate the use of key monitored drugs before and after intervention.Results The sales amount of drugs under the key monitoring catalogue decreased from RMB 6，502，400 before the intervention(July to December 2017)to RMB 4，952，400 after the intervention(July to December 2018)，accounting for a decrease of the total drug sales ratiofrom 22.24 to 14.25% after the intervention..The frequency of high?value anti?tumor drugs ranked lower，defined daily cost was smaller，the ranking of nutritional drugs defined daily dose decreased significantly，the number of unreasonable medical records of antimicrobial drugs，adjuvant drugs and nutritional drugs all decreased.Conclusion The key monitoring drugs administration can effectively promote clinical rational drug use |
