      目的对绝经后骨质疏松( PMOP)病人血清癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子 1(CEACAM1)、骨标志物硬化蛋白( SOST)、 Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端延长肽( P1NP)、护骨素的变化及与骨密度的关系分析。方法回顾性分析 2015年 8月至 2016年 9月周口市中心医院收治的 90例 PMOP病人( PMOP组)、同期健康妇女 90例(对照组)。对比两组的血清 CEACAM1、SOST、P1NP及护骨素水平,及与骨密度值的关系。结果 PMOP组病人的血清 SOST(0.55±0.18)、 P1NP[( 48.62±6.74)ng/mL]及护骨素水平[(118.62±12.35)ng/mL]显著的高于对照组[(0.20±0.15)(37.30±5.26)ng/mL,(93.34±6.72)ng/mL]( t=14.171,12.561,17.058,均 P<0.001); CEACAM1水平显著低于对照组[(5.73±1.62)p,g/mL比( 9.60±2.50)pg/mL,t=-12.324,P<0.001]。 PMOP组病人的股骨颈骨密度[(0.76±0.13)g/cm2]、腰椎骨密度[(0.83±0.14)g/cm2]、股骨颈 T值( -2.51±0.50)、股骨颈 T值( -3.36±0.84)显著的低于对照组的[(0.90±0.15)g/cm2(0.96±0.18)g/cm2(-1.96±0.30)(-2.26±0.38)](t=-6.691,-5.408,8.948,11.319,均 P<

      Objective To analyze the changes of CEACAM1,SOST,P1NP,osteoprotegerin and their relationship with bone mineral density in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of 90 PMOP patients(PMOP group)and 90 healthy women(control group)in the same period from August 2015 to September 2016 in Zhoukou Central Hospital.Compare the serum CEACAM1,SOST,P1NP and osteoprotegerin levels of the two groups,and their relationship with bone mineral density.Re- sults Serum SOST(0.55±0.18),P1NP[(48.62±6.74)ng/mL]and osteoprotegerin levels[(118.62±12.35)ng/mL]in the PMOP group were significantly higher than those in the control group[0.20±0.15,(37.30±5.26)ng/mL,(93.34±6.72)ng/mL]( t=14.171, 12.561,17.058,P<0.001).CEACAM1 levels were significantly lower than the control group[(5.73±1.62)pg/mL ratio(9.60±2.50) pg/mL,t=-12.324,P<0.001].Femur neck bone density[(0.76±0.13)g/cm2],lumbar spine bone density[(0.83±0.14)g/cm2],fem- oral neck T value(-2.51±0.50),femoral neck T value(-3.36±0.84)significantly lower than the control group[(0.90±0.15)g/cm2,(0.96±0.18)g/cm2,-1.96±0.30,-2.26±0.38](t=-6.691,-5.408,8.948,11.319,P<0.001).The bone density of the femoral neck in the PMOP group was significantly negatively correlated with serum SOST,P1NP and osteoprotegerin,and significantly positively cor- related with serum CEACAM1(r=-0.638,-0.670,-0.618,0.699,P<0.001).The lumbar spine bone density in PMOP group was significantly negatively correlated with serum SOST,P1NP and osteoprotegerin,and significantly positively correlated with serum CEACAM1(r=-0.594,-0.718,-0.630,0.682,P<0.001).Conclusion Serum levels of CEACAM1,SOST,P1NP and osteoprote-gerin in PMOP patients have a certain correlation with bone mineral density.CEACAM1 has a positive correlation and SOST,P1NP and osteoprotegerin are negatively correlated.
