      《“健康中国 2030”规划纲要》的制定和“一带一路”倡议的提出,在为中药产业发展提供政策保障和发展机遇的同时,也对中药人才培养质量提出了更高的要求。而中药高等教育质量的提升,首先需要厘清中药高等教育内涵与结构体系。本研究从人才培养目标、课程体系、师资队伍、教学资源、实践平台、办学模式等诸多方面探讨了中药高等教育内涵与结构体系的现状、存在问题,认为应从办学模式、师资培养、教学资源与实践平台等方面进行改革,以提升中药高等教育的内涵质量。
英文摘要:
      The formulation of the "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline and the proposal of "One Belt One Road" not only pro-vides policy guarantee and development opportunity for the development of Chinese medicine industry,but also puts forward higherrequirements for the training quality of Chinese medicine talents.In order to improve the quality of higher education of traditionalChinese medicine,it is necessary to clarify the connotation and structure system of higher education of Chinese medicine.This re-search discusses the present situation and problem of the connotation and structure system of higher education of Chinese medicinefrom the aspects of talent training goal,curriculum system,teaching staff,teaching resources,practical platform,school-running mod- el and so on.It believes that the school-running model,teacher training,teaching resources and practice platform should be reformsto enhance the connotation quality of Chinese medicine higher education.
