      目的探讨 α?NETA在上皮性卵巢癌细胞中功能及 α?NETA作为新型化疗药物的可能性及其潜在改造价值。方法采用 CCK8实验方法检测 α?NETA在上皮性卵巢癌细胞株 Hey,HO8910中的药物毒性;流式细胞术检测 α?NETA对肿瘤细胞的杀灭效果;体内实验探讨 α?NETA进行体内抗肿瘤的可能性。结果 CCK8检测 HO8910的 IC50浓度为 6.28 μg/mL,Hey细胞株 IC50浓度 26.34 μg/mL;流式细胞检测也取得明显的杀灭肿瘤细胞的效果; α?NETA体内动物实验也有效减少了肿瘤重量及体积。结论 α?NETA作为小分子化学药物,其发挥的抗上皮性卵巢癌细胞的新功能,具有一定的临床意义与研究价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective Explore α?NETA potential as a new type of chemotherapy drug and its potential transformation value.Meth? ods The drug toxicity of α?NETA in epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines Hey,HO8910 was detected by CCK8(Cell Counting Kit?8)assay.The killing effect of α?NETA on tumor cells was detected by flow cytometry.Explore the function of anti?tumor of α?NETAin vivo experiments.ResultsThe IC50(half maximal inhibitory concentration)concentration of HO8910 detected by CCK8 was 6.28 μg/mL,and the IC50 concentration of Hey cell line was 26.34 μg/mL.The flow cytometry also achieved obvious effect of killing tu?mor cells.The α?NETA in vivo animal experiment also showed the antitumor effect.Conclusionα?NETA is a small molecule chemi?cal that plays a new role in anti?tumor cellsas a new type of chemotherapy drug and its potential transformation value.
