| 目的提高静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)有特殊时间要求成品输液使用的规范率，促进病人合理用药。方法通过药品调研、信息采集分析成品输液未按规定时间使用的原因，采取相应的干预措施。统计昆山市第一人民医院 2019年 3月 1—10日(干预前)与 2019年 6月 1—10日(干预后)成品输液各环节的具体用时，重点监测奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑和长春西汀的使用情况，评价干预效果。结果与 2019年 3月相比， 2019年 6月成品输液的 PIVAS滞留平均时间、平均配送时间和病房滞留平均时间明显缩短， 3种主要存在问题的药物未在规定时间内使用的发生率显著下降。结论我院 PIVAS的干预措施提高了有特殊时间要求成品输液使用的规范性，为病人的安全用药提供了保障。 |

| Objective To improve the standard rate of finished product infusion with special time requirements in PIVAS ofKun? shan First People’s Hospitaland promote rational drug use by patients.Methods Analyze the reasons why the infusion of finishedproducts was not used in accordance with the prescribed time and take corresponding intervention measures.Statistically analyze thespecific time of each link of infusion of finished products from March 1?10，2019(before intervention)to June 1?10，2019(after in? tervention).mainly monitor the usage of omeprazole，pantoprazole and vinoxetine to evaluate the intervention effect.Results Com? pared with March 2019，the average time from configuration to delivery，average delivery time and time from receiving to actual useof finished product infusion in June 2019 were significantly reduced.The incidence of the three major problematic drugs not beingused within the prescribed time period decreased significantly.Conclusion The PIVAS intervention measures in our hospital haveimproved the standard of infusion for finished products with special time requirements，and provided a guarantee for the safe use of drugs for patients. |
