| 目的探索临床营养药师在普通外科对围术期病人开展营养药学服务的工作模式。方法临床药师通过参与 1例慢性肾功能不全病人胰十二指肠切除围术期营养支持治疗，对病人住院期间营养支持方案提出了合理建议，并予以药学监护。结果临床药师参与整个营养支持治疗过程，结合病人血肌酐变化，通过调整病人术后肠外营养组方，病人血肌酐逐渐下降。临床药师定期评估病人营养状况，根据病人病情变化及时调整营养支持方案，保证了病人营养方案的合理性、安全性。结论临床药师在营养支持治疗中发挥了重要作用，对病人的治疗起到了积极意义。 |

| Objective To explore the working mode of nutritional pharmaceutical care for perioperative patients by clinical nutri?tionists in general surgery.Methods By participating in the nutritional support treatment of one patient with chronic renal insuffi?ciency during perioperative period of pancreatoduodenectomy，the clinical pharmacists put forward reasonable suggestions on the nu? tritional support plan during the hospitalization of the patient，and provided pharmaceutical care.Results Clinical pharmacists par? ticipated in the entire nutritional support treatment process.Through adjusting the patient’s postoperative parenteral nutrition formu? la combined with the patient’s blood creatinine changes，the patient’s blood creatinine gradually decreased.Clinical pharmacists regularly assessed the nutritional status of patients，and timely adjusted nutritional support programs according to changes in the pa? tient’s condition to ensure the rationality and safety of the patient’s nutritional programs.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists play an important role in nutritional support therapy，which is of positive significance to the treatment of patients. |
