| 目的介绍医院静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)的智能标签打印系统的应用情况。方法介绍智能标签打印系统设备原理、主要功能以及应用的效果评价，比较智能标签打印系统应用前后南京医科大学附属南京儿童医院 PIVAS的工作环境、工作流程、工作强度及工作误差等的改变情况。结果智能标签打印系统具有视觉识别、高速打印和张贴标签、分仓位打印药品汇总单等功能；与之前的手工贴签模式相比，自动化系统启用后， PIVAS工作环境更加整洁有序，优化的工作流程更合理，摆药贴签流程所需工作人员数量减少 50%，流程耗时减少 20%，工作量增加的同时工作人员劳动强度降低，贴签差错数量降为零。结论智能标签打印系统运行稳定、准确性高；与人工操作相比，降低了劳动强度、减少了人为差错、提高了工作效率。 |

| Objective To introduce the inteligent label printingsystem in Pharmacyintravenous admixture service(PIVAS)of our hospital.Methods Through the introduction of label printing system equipment principle，main function and effect evalvation，com? pare the changes of work environment，workflow，work intensity and work errors of PIVAS in our hospital before and after the appli? cation ofthe system were used.Results The system has the function of visual recognition，high?speed printing，labeling and printing drug summary list.Compared with the previous manual label printing mode，PIVAS has a cleaner and more orderly work environ?ment and a more reasonable workfiow after the system was enabled.The number of staff is reduced by 50%，the process time is re? duced by 20%，the labor intensity is reduced，and the errors rate is zero.Conclusion The system is stable and accurate.Compared with manual opertion，the new systemreduces labor intensity，reduces human errors and improves work efficiency. |
