| 目的考察安徽、湖北、重庆产地木瓜质量，为木瓜药材质量评价提供参考。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对 38批不同产地木瓜中齐墩果酸和熊果酸进行含量测定，计算其比值、总含量及总含量达标率，并用 SPSS软件进行统计分，析。结果安徽产地齐墩果酸与熊果酸总含量最高为(6.6±1.2)mg/g，湖北和重庆分别为(5.5±0.4)mg/g、(5.4±1.7)mg/g；湖北产地齐墩果酸含量最高(4.6±0.4)mg/g，重庆产地熊果酸含量最高(3.5±1.9)mg/g；安徽产地齐墩果酸 /熊果酸含量比值为(1.0±0.3)，而湖北产地齐墩果酸 /熊果酸含量比值为(5.6±1.0)重庆产地齐墩果酸 /熊果酸含量比值为(2.1±2.8)。按现行药典含量标准及提高标准至 6.0 mg/g，安徽产地达标率分别为 100%、6，3.16%，高于湖北、重庆产区。结论安徽产地齐墩果酸 /熊果酸比值较小且总含量最高，提示质量较优良；湖北产地齐墩果酸 /熊果酸比值较高，熊果酸含量占比较少；重庆产地齐墩果酸占比较高；湖北产地木瓜总含量均一性高于安徽和重庆产区，重庆产地总含量离散程度较大；安徽产地木瓜总含量达标率较好。 |
