目的建立同时测定化妆品中各种防晒剂含量的方法。方法 2019年 1—4月,采用超高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中 15种防晒剂含量,样品使用四氢呋喃和混合溶液[V(甲醇) ∶V(四氢呋喃) ∶V(水) ∶V(高氯酸) =250∶450∶300∶0.2]提取后测定,以 CORTECSTM UPLC?C18(1.6 μm,2.1 mm×150 mm)为分离色谱柱,流动相 A为 φ(甲酸)=0.1%,B为 V(甲醇) ∶V(乙醇) =3∶1,梯度洗脱,流速为 0.2 mL/min,柱温为 35 ℃,以 PDA检测器定性, 311 nm为定量检测波长。结果各组分线性关系良好,相关系数 r均≥0.999回收率为 93.9%~104.2%,检出限为 0.000 7%~0.02%,样品溶液在 1周内稳定。色谱系统连续运行 1周, 15种防晒剂保留时间的 RSD为 0.4%~0.6%,可充分满足大批量样品测定的要求。结论该方法简便、快捷、灵敏、准确,可有效地同时测定化妆品中 15种防晒剂的含量。 |

Objective To develop an ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method for the simultaneous determination15 sunscreen agents in cosmetics.Methods From January to April 2019 the samples were extracted by tetrahydrofuran and solvent mixture [V(methano)∶V(tetrahydrofuran)∶V(water)∶V(perchloricacid)=250∶450∶300∶0.2] for determination. The determination was performed by gradient elution with A:φ(formic acid)=0.1% -B:V(methano)∶ V(ethanol)=3∶ 1 as mobile phase on a CORTECSTM UPLC?C18 (1.6 μm, 2.1mm×150 mm) analytical column. The flow rate was 0.2 mL/min, and the column temperature was 35℃. Identification was achieved by diode array detector, and 311nm wavelength was applied to quantitative analysis.Results The method showed a good linearity with correlation coefficients(r) higher than 0.999. The recovery of 15 sunscreen agents was within 93.9%104.2%, the detection limit was among 0.0007%-0.02%, and the sample solution was stable within one week. Relative standard deviation (RSD) of retention time for 15 kinds of sunscreen agents were among 0.4%-0.6% after the chromatographic system continuouslyrun for one week, therefore it can meet the analysis requirement of large batch of samples.Conclusion The established method has the characteristics of simple operation, rapid detection, sensitivity and accuracy, which can be applied to determine 15 sunscreen agents in cosmetics simultaneously for large batch of samples. |
