目的探讨血管评估监测在核素肾动态显像检查中的应用效果。方法选择 2017年 5月至 2018年 5月桂林医学院附属医院核素肾动态显像检查病人 200例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各 100例。两组均弹丸注射,对照组采用传统注射技术,观察组在用自制的血管评估监测进行血管评估后,再选择个体化注射方式,比较两组穿刺成功率、注射器药物残留率及肾动态显影图像质量合格率。结果干预前两组基本资料差异无统计学意义( P > 0.05)干预后观察组病人穿刺成功率(91.0%比 78.0%)、放射性药物残留量[(63.3±16.7)k/s比( 49.4±13.2)k/s]及肾动态显影图像合格率( 92.0%比 81.0%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P < 0.05)。结论血管评估监测有效提高弹丸注射穿刺成功率,提高核素动态显影图像质量合格质量,率,为进一步优化核素动态显像弹丸注射提供指导意见。 |

Objective To explore the application effect of vascular evaluation monitoring table in patients with radionuclide renal dynamic imaging.Methods Two hundred patients with renal dynamic imaging in The Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical Collegefrom May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly assigned into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group. Twogroups were shot injection, the control group used the traditional injection technology, the observation group used the self-made vascular evaluation monitoring table for vascular evaluation, and then chose the individual injection method. The success rate of puncture,the drug residue rate of syringe and the quality qualification rate of renal dynamic imaging in the two groups were compare.Results There was no statistical meaning between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05). After intervention, the success rate of puncture (91.0% vs. 78.0%), drug residue rate of syringe [(63.3±16.7) k/s vs. (49.4±13.2) k/s] and the qualified rate of renal dynamic imaging (92.0% vs. 81.0%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The blood vessel evaluation and monitoring table can effectively improve the success rate of bullet injection and the qualified rate of radionuclide dynamic imaging image, and provide guidance for further optimizing the injection of radionuclide dynamic imaging bullet. |
