| 目的分析制痂酊中挥发性成分。方法采用气相色谱－质谱联用( GC–MS)技术分析制痂酊中的挥发性成分，通过 wiley7n.1标准谱库检索和文献对比鉴定各挥发性成分，采用面积归一化法计算各挥发性成分的相对百分含量。结果制痂酊中鉴定了 13个挥发性成分，主要为异龙脑( 40.99 %)、龙脑( 55.18 %)、 1，3，3-三甲基 -二环［2.2.1］庚烷 -2-醇( 1.01%)、外型 1，7，7-三甲基 -二环［2.2.1］庚 -2-醇( 1.01%)。结论运用 GC–MS技术全面地分析了制痂酊中挥发性成分，为制痂酊质量控制提供科学依据。 |

| Objective To study the chemical constituent of the volatile components of ZhiJia tincture.Methods The volatile components of ZhiJia tincture were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC–MS). The volatile components were identifiedby wiley7n.1 library and literature comparison, the relative percentage contents of which were calculated by area normalization method.Results A total of 13 volatile components were identified from ZhiJia Tincture, including isoborneol (40.99%), borneol (55.18%), 1,3, 3-trimethyl-bicyclo [2,2,1] heptan-2-ol (1.01%) and exo-1,7,7-trimethyl-bicyclo [2,2,1] heptan-2-ol (1.01%).Conclusion Volatile components in the ZhiJia tincture are analyed by GC–MS, which provides scientific references for quality control of ZhiJia tincture. |
