目的探讨鼻咽鳞状细胞癌组织中的凋亡刺激蛋白抑制因子( iASPP)、逮捕缺陷( ARD1)蛋白在鼻咽鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取济源市第二人民医院 2015年 1月至 2019年 1月收集的鼻咽鳞状细胞癌组织标本 80例(鼻咽鳞状细胞癌组)、并选取年龄与性别相匹配的 40例正常鼻咽部组织(对照组),采用免疫组化染色检测 ARD1与 iASPP蛋白表达,并分析二者与鼻咽鳞状细胞癌病人的病理学分型、 T分期、 N分期、临床分期的关系。结果 ARD1蛋白、 iASPP蛋白在鼻咽鳞状细胞癌组织表达阳性率分别为 56.25%、78.75%,在正常鼻咽部组织分别为 10.00%、17.50%,鼻咽鳞状细胞癌组织中 ARD1蛋白、 iASPP蛋白表达阳性率均高于对照组( P<0.05); T3和 T4分期鼻咽鳞状细胞癌组织中的 ARD1蛋白、 iASPP蛋白表达阳性率高于 T1和 T2分期( P<0.05)N2和 N3分期鼻咽鳞状细胞癌组织中的 ARD1蛋白、 iASPP蛋白表达阳性率高于 N0和 N1分期( P<0.05)Ⅲ期和 Ⅳ期的鼻咽鳞状细,胞癌组织中的 ARD1蛋白、 iASPP蛋白阳性率均分别的高于 Ⅰ期和 Ⅱ期( P<0.05)。不同病理学分型的,鼻咽鳞状细胞癌组织中的 ARD1蛋白、 iASPP蛋白阳性率均差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论鼻咽鳞状细胞癌组织中的 ARD1蛋白、 iASPP蛋白表达上调显著,并且与鼻咽鳞状细胞癌的 T分期、 N分期及临床分期可能具有相关性,其可能在鼻咽癌的发生及进展中共同发挥调控作用。 |

Objective To explore the expression of inhibitor of apoptosis stimulating protein (iASPP) and arrest defect (ARD1) protein in nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and its clinical significance.Methods We selected 80 cases of nasopharyngealsquamous cell carcinoma. tissue collected from January 2015 to January 2019 in Second People′s Hospital of Jiyuan (nasopharyngealcarcinoma group), and selected 40 normal nasopharyngeal tissues (control group) matched with age and gender. Immunohistochemicalstaining was used to detect the expression of ARD1 and iASPP protein, and the relationship between them was analyzed with pathological type, T stage, N stage and clinical stage of patients with nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Results The positive rates ofARD1 protein and iASPP protein expression in nasopharynx squamous cell carcinoma were 56.25% and 78.75% respectively, and innormal nasopharynx were 10.00% and 17.50% respectively. The positive rates of ARD1 protein and iASPP protein in nasopharynxsquamous cell carcinoma were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the positive rates of ARD1 protein and iASPP proteinin T3 and T4 stage nasopharynx squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those in T1 and T2 stage The positive rates of ARD1 proteinand iASPP protein in stage N2 and N3 were higher than that in stage N0 and N1 (P < 0.05). The positive rates of ARD1 protein and iASPP protein in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were higher than that in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the positiverates of ARD1 protein and iASPP protein in nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma of different pathological types (P > 0.05).Conclu? sion The expression of ARD1 protein and iASPP protein in nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma is up-regulated, and may have acertain correlation with T stage, Its may play a regulatory role in the genesis and progression in nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma. |
