| 目的探索外伤牙折再接快速修复的临床方法。方法选取 2019年 7月至 2020年 3月在中国人民解放军 96601部队医院就诊的上颌前牙外伤牙折病人 2例，断牙均保存完整，牙周翻瓣术后于牙科显微镜下完成纤维桩粘接，自体断牙粘接修复。结果经根管治疗和断牙复位粘接，可恢复患牙美观及功能。结论显微镜下断牙再接修复具有简单快速、美学效果佳、组织相容性好等优点。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical method of reattachment and quickly repair of traumatic teeth fragments.Methods 2 cases of maxillary front teeth injections in the Chinese People′s Liberation Army 96601 hospital from July 2019 to March 2020, arechoosen. The fragments of two patients with anterior teeth injury were humectation storage and could be completely restored. After theperiodontal flap surgery, the fiber post was fixed , and the anterior teeth fragments were reattachment under the dental microscope.Re? sults After the root canal treatment, the fragments were bonded to restore the beauty and function of the anterior teeth.Conclusion Fractured teeth reattachment under dental microscope has the advantages in speediness, aesthetic effect and tissue compatibility. |
