| 目的总结编织样冠状动脉诊断和治疗经验。方法通过回顾分析中国医学科学院阜外医院冠心病中心收治的 1例编织样冠脉病人的临床资料，经光学相干断层成像术( OCT)确诊，并复习国内外相关文献资料。结果通过经皮冠状动脉介入治疗，病人临床症状消失，疗效满意。结论对具有明显临床症状，无论是从冠脉造影，还是腔内影像学证实冠脉狭窄严重的编织样冠脉病人，适当经皮冠状动脉介入是合理的、恰当的。 |

| Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of Woven coronary arteries.Methods The clinical data of a Woven coronary arteries patient admitted to the Coronary Heart Disease Center of Fuwai Hospital of the Chinese Academy ofMedical Sciences were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis was confirmed by optical coherence tomography (OCT), relevant domestic and foreign literature data were reviewed.Results After percutaneous coronary intervention treatment, the clinical symptoms of the patient disappeared and the effect was satisfactory.Conclusion Appropriate percutaneous coronary intervention is reasonable and appropriate for patients with significant clinical symptoms, whether from coronary angiography or intraluminal imaging to confirm severecoronary stenosis in Woven coronary arteries. |
