| 目的探究中医药治疗不孕症方剂的用药规律。方法收集《中医方剂大辞典》、方剂现代应用数据库、《中药成方制剂》中记录的不孕症治疗方剂，数据收集截点为 2019年 5月，将符合纳入标准的方剂信息录入中医传承辅助系统( V2.5)，分析方剂的组方用药特点。结果纳入方剂 296首，包含中药 347味。性味以温性为主(超 50%)；五味以甘、辛、苦居多；主要归肝、脾、肾等经；其中当归、川芎、白芍、熟地黄等药物频数较高，常用药对为“川芎 -当归”“当归 -白芍”“熟地黄 -当归”等；提取新处方核心药物组合 16个，衍生新处方 8个。结论经数据挖掘，较为清晰的阐明了治疗不孕症的组方规律，即以补血、补气、活血药为主，常以滋补肝肾、养血补血、散寒止痛、补火助阳、活血通经为法。 |

| Objective To explore the medication rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine prescriptions for treating infertility.Meth? ods The infertility treatment prescriptions recorded in the Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescription (DCMP), modern applicationdatabase of prescriptions and Preparations of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected. Data collection cut-off point was May 2019.The information of prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria was entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance system(V2.5), and the characteristics of prescriptions for infertility were analyzed.Results 296 prescriptions were included, including 347Chinese herbs. Warm was the main property and flavor (over 50%); sweet, hot and bitter were the main five tastes: channel tropism includes liver, spleen and kidney; Angelica, Ligusticum wallichii, Radices paeoniae alba, Prepared rehmannia root had a high frequency;the commonly used medicines were "ligusticum wallichii-Angelica", "Angelica-Radices paeoniae alba", "Prepared rehmannia root-Angelica"; 16 core drug combinations were extracted and 8 new prescriptions were derived.Conclusion Data mining clearly clarifies the rules of prescription for infertility treatment, that is, blood-tonifying, Qi-invigorating and blood-invigorating drugs are the main methods, liver and kidney, blood-nourishing and blood-invigorating, cold-dispelling and pain-relieving, tonifying fire and helping yang, blood-activating and meridian-dredging are commonly used. |
