| 目的研究枕六穴红花注射液穴位注射联合针刺对椎动脉型颈椎病病人(CSA)血流动力学的影响。方法将 2017年 8月至 2018年 12月武汉科技大学附属武昌医院 60例 CSA病例按随机数字表法分成两组，分别是观察组( 30例)和对照组( 30例)对照组中病人进行常规针刺，观察组在对照组的基础上采用红花注射液对双侧风池、天柱、完骨穴六穴进行穴位注射。均连续2，个疗程。分别在治疗前、后检测病人的椎动脉和基底动脉平均血流速度( Vm)情况。结果观察组因个人原因脱落 1例。观察组的总有效率 96.55%高于对照组的总有效率 70.00%(P<0.05)；在椎动脉和基底动脉 Vm方面，观察组左侧椎动脉(LVA)、右侧椎动脉( RVA)、基底动脉的平均血流速度( Vm)分别为( 41.34±1.78)cm/s、(40.05±1.03)cm/s、(39.95±1.76)cm/s，优于对照组( 35.01±1.54)cm/s、(36.53±1.31)cm/s和( 34.52±2.49)cm/s(P<0.001)。结论采用枕六穴红花注射液穴位注射联合针刺治疗 CSA疗效显著，能提高椎动脉、基底动脉的平均血液流速。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of safflower acupoint injection on occipital six acupoints combined with acupuncturetreatment on hemodynamics for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type (CSA).Methods Sixty patients of CSA, who were treated inWuchang Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from August 2017 to December 2018, were randomly assigned into control group (30 cases) and treatment group (30 cases). The control group received conventional acupuncture treatmentwhile the treatment group was treated with safflower acupoint injection on occipital six acupoints at Fengchi (GB20), Tianzhu (BL10) andWanguo (GB12) on the basis of conventional acupuncture. Both groups had 2 courses of treatment. The mean velocity (Vm) of vertebralartery (VA) and basilar artery (BA) were measured before and after treatment.Results One case withdrew for personal reasons. The total effective rate was 96.55% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group, with a statistical difference (P<0.05). In terms ofthe Vm of VA and BA, the Vm of left vertebral artery (LVA), right vertebral artery (RVA) and BA were (41.34 ± 1.78) cm/s, (40.05 ±1.03) cm/s and (39.95 ± 1.76) cm/s respectively in the treatment group, which were superior to (35.01 ± 1.54) cm/s, (36.53 ± 1.31) cm/sand (34.52 ± 2.49) cm/s in the control group (P<0.001).Conclusion Safflower acupoint injection on occipital six acupoints combinedwith acupuncture treatment has obvious clinical efficacy on CSA, which could increase the average blood flow rate of VA and BA. |
