| 目的评价颈部彩色多普勒血流显像( Color Doppler flow imaging，CDFI)联合 CT血管造影( CTA)检查在诊断颈性眩晕中的价值。方法选取 2016年 11月至 2020年 11月安徽中医药大学第二附属医院收治的 58例临床诊断颈性眩晕病人，选取同期 62例没有眩晕且来该院诊治病人，均行颈部血管 CDFI、CTA检查，分析两组间椎动脉形态学和血流动力学的情况。评价椎动脉影像学特点与颈性眩晕的关系。结果 CDFI及 CTA显示，颈性眩晕组收缩期峰值血流速度( PSV)减低且椎动脉狭窄、变异例数显著多于非颈性眩晕组( 40例比 5例， P<0.05)，也显著多于同组 PSV减低且椎动脉迂曲、正常病人例数( 40例比 10例， P<0.05)。结论应用颈部血管 CDFI联合 CTA，从椎动脉血管形态学到血流动力学综合评价，对临床颈性眩晕的诊治有重要意义。 |

| Objective To evaluate the role of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) combined with cervical vascular computed tomography angiography (CTA) in the diagnosis of cervical vertigo.Methods Fifty-eight patients with clinically diagnosed cervical vertigo admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2016 to November 2020were selected, and 62 patients who did not have vertigo and came to the hospital were randomly selected. All were examined by cervicalvascular CDFI and CTA. The morphology and hemodynamics of the vertebral arteries between the two groups were analyzed and the relationship between the imaging characteristics of the vertebral artery and cervical vertigo was evaluated.Results CDFI and CTA showed that the peak systolic blood flow velocity (PSV) was decreased in the cervical vertigo group, and the number of vertebral arterystenosis and variant cases were significantly higher than that in the non-cervical vertigo group (40 cases vs. 5 cases, P<0.05), which were higher than that in the same group of normal patients with reduced PSV and tortuous vertebral artery (40 cases vs. 10 cases, P< 0.05).Conclusion Cervical vascular CDFI combined with CTA can comprehensively evaluate the morphology and hemodynamics ofvertebral arteries,which is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical cervical vertigo. |
