| 目的探讨改良的三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术可行性、安全性和手术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析安徽医科大学附属阜阳医院 2017年 10月至 2019年 2月应用改良法三孔腹腔镜完成的 60例胆囊切除病例作为研究组，同期采用传统三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除的 60例病人作为对照组，分析比较两组病人的手术指标、视觉模拟评分法( VAS)评分、美容效果、住院费用及术后并发症的发生。结果研究组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)；研究组和对照组术后 6 h、24 h疼痛评分分别为 4.00(5.00，6.00)分和 6.00(5.25，7.00)分、 4.00(3.25，5.00)分和 5.00(4.00，5.00)分，切口美容效果评分分别为 4.00(4.00，5.00)分和 3.00(3.00，4.00)分( P<0.001)；两组病人在住院费用及术后并发症发生率方面差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论该种改良的三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除手术能在传统腔镜器械下完成；与传统三孔腹腔镜相比疼痛更轻，美容效果好、创伤更小，且不增加医疗费用，是临床治疗胆囊结石的一种新的安全可行的方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the feasibility, safety and effect of modified three-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Meth? ods Sixty patients who admitted to modified three-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Affiliated Fuyang Hospital of Anhui Medical University from October 2017 to February 2019 were selected and retrospectively analyzed as experimental group. At the same time, 60patients who underwent the traditional three-hole laparoscopic gallbladder excision of were selected as control group. The operation indexes, VAS score, cosmetic effect, hospitalization expenses and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the intraoperative blood loss, operation time and hospital stay between the study group and thecontrol group (P > 0.05).
