| 骨髓增生异常综合征的预后具有明显的异质性，近年来随着国际预后积分系统和修订版国际预后积分系统等的提出，使得对于该病的预后判断更为准确，据此制定病人的治疗策略也更趋合理。随着细胞和分子遗传学研究的不断深入，一些新的重要的预后因素也得以不断地确认。本研究就该领域的研究现状做一简要概述。 |

| The prognosis of myelodysplastic syndromes is obviously heterogeneous. In recent years, with the introduction of International Prognostic Scoring System and Revised vertion of the International Prognostic Scoring System, the prognosis of the disease ismore accurate. With the development of the cell and molecular genetics, some important prognostic factors have been identified. Thispaper gives a brief overview of the current research in this field. |
