| Objective To report and discuss a case with fatigue as initial symptom in Childhood-onset systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods A case with fatigue as initial symptom in Childhood-onset SLE was reported.Results The initial symptoms in Childhood-onset SLE were various, clinicians should strengthen the comprehensive knowledge to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Conclusion The initial symptoms in Childhood-onset SLE are various, clinicians should strengthen the comprehensive knowledge to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. |
