| 目的评估帕瑞昔布钠和氟比洛芬酯在骨折术后的临床镇痛效果。方法选择 2019年 10月至 2020年 6月安庆市第二人民医院骨折术后病人，分为氟比洛芬酯组和帕瑞昔布钠组。氟比洛芬酯组采用 50 mg氟比洛芬酯注射液，帕瑞昔布钠组采用 40 mg帕瑞昔布钠注射液，均静脉滴注，一日 1~2次。采用视觉模拟评分法( VAS)对病人进行疼痛评分，比较两组病人术后 VSA评分、不良反应发生及药物治疗费用。结果氟比洛芬酯组 45例，帕瑞昔布钠组 55例。氟比洛芬酯组镇痛药物治疗(3.80±1.28)d，较帕瑞昔布钠组( 4.56±2.04)d明显缩短( P=0.026)。治疗 12 h氟比洛芬酯组 VAS评分( 4.20±0.73)分，明显低于帕瑞昔布钠组的( 5.75±1.31)分( P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。氟比洛芬酯组镇痛药物总费用(360.44±152.88)元，较帕瑞昔布钠组的( 502.38±234.77)元明显降低( P=0.001)。结论氟比洛芬酯可有效缓解骨折术后病人疼痛，降低病人治疗费用，优于帕瑞昔布钠。 |

| Objective To evaluate the analgesic effects of parecoxib sodium and flurbiprofen axetil after fracture surgery.Methods The patients who underwent fracture surgery in The Second People's Hospital of Anqing from October 2019 to June 2020 were selectedand assigned into flurbiprofen axetil group and parecoxib sodium group. Flurbiprofen axetil group was treated with 50 mg flurbiprofenaxetil for IV infusion once or twice daily, and parecoxib sodium group was treated with 40 mg parecoxib sodium for IV infusion once ortwice daily. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to score the patients, and the VSA scores, adverse reactions, and drug treatmentcosts of the two groups of patients were compared.Results A total of 45 patients were included in the flurbiprofen axetil group and 55patients in the parecoxib sodium group. The days of analgesic medication in the flurbiprofen axeti group were significantly shorter thanthose in the parecoxib sodium group [(3.80±1.28) d vs. (4.56±2.04) d, P=0.026]. The VAS score of the flurbiprofen axetil group 12 h after treatment was significantly lower than that of the parecoxib sodium group [(4.20±0.73) vs. (5.75±1.31), P<0.05]. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The total cost of analgesic drugs in the flurbiprofen axetil groupwas significantly lower than that in the parecoxib sodium group [(360.44±152.88) yuan vs. (502.38±234.77) yuan, P=0.001].Conclu? sion Flurbiprofen axetil can effectively relieve the pain of patients after fracture surgery and reduce the cost of treatment, which isbetter than parecoxib sodium. |
