| 目的探究接纳与承诺疗法在慢性闭角型青光眼术后病人康复阶段的治疗情况。方法选取 2020年 3月至 2021年 2月在深圳市萨米医疗中心眼科和西安市第一医院眼科门诊随访的慢性闭角型青光眼术后病人 112例，按随机数字表法随机分为两组，每组各 56例。对照组使用常规干预方法，观察组使用接纳和承诺治疗方式。对比两组术后病人恢复情况、创伤后成长水平、负面情绪等指标，并评价生活质量改变情况。结果观察组给予接纳与承诺疗法干预 1个月后、 3个月后视力［(0.52±0.12)比(0.42±0.09)，(0.68±0.18)比( 0.60±0.13)］、视神经纤维厚度( RNFLT)［( 68.29±1.85)μm比( 67.39±2.53)μm，(68.57±2.24)μm比(67.61±2.88)μm］、创伤后成长水平［( 58.47±4.28)分比( 50.04±5.14)分、(65.88±4.37)分比( 53.43±5.02)分］、生活质量［( 70.42±5.02)分比( 62.96±4.44)分，(77.14±5.11)分比( 66.30±4.38)分］均优于对照组，眼压( IOP)、抑郁自评量表( SDS)与焦虑自评量表 |

| Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acceptance and commitment therapy in patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma after surgery. Methords One hundred and twelve patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma who were followed up at the Department of Ophthalmology, Shenzhen Samii Medical Center Ophthalmology and department of ophthalmology, Xi'an No.1 Hospital fromMarch 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table, 56 cases in each group. Thecontrol group was given routine therapy, while the observation group was given acceptance and commitment therapy. The postoperative recovery, posttraumatic growth level, negative emotions and other indicators were compared between the two groups, the quality of life wereevaluated.Results After 1 months and 3 months acceptance and commitment therapy intervention, the visual acuity [1 months: (0.52± 0.12) vs. (0.42±0.09), 3 months: (0.68±0.18) to (0.60±0.13)], optic nerve fiber thickness (RNFLT) ) [1 months: (68.29±1.85) μm vs. (67.39± 2.53) μm, 3 months: (68.57±2.24) μm vs. (67.61±2.88) μm], post-traumatic growth level [1 months: (58.47±4.28) vs. (50.04±5.14), 3 months: (65.88) ±4.37) vs. (53.43±5.02)], quality of life [1 months: (70.42±5.02) vs. (62.96±4.44), 3 months: (77.14±5.11) vs. (66.30±4.38)] in observation group were higher than those in control group; the intraocular pressure (IOP), the self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Acceptance and commitment therapy applied to chronic angle-closure glaucoma surgery can promote the patient recovery after surgery, effectively improvetheirposttraumaticgrowth level,alleviatetheirnegativeemotions,improvetheirqualityoflife,which canbewidelyusedinclinic. |
