      目的探讨胶质瘤相关癌基因蛋白 -1(Gli1)在管腔( Luminal)型乳腺癌组织中表达及其与预后的关系。方法选取信阳市中心医院 2012年 7月至 2014年 7月收治的 68例 Luminal型乳腺癌病人临床资料进行回顾性分析。采用免疫组化方法检测乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织 Gli1蛋白表达情况,分析 Gli1蛋白表达与 Luminal型乳腺癌病理特征及预后关系。结果乳腺癌组织 Gli1高表达率( 45.59%)高于癌旁组织 Gli1高表达率( 13.33%)χ2=9.433,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05); Gli1蛋白高表达与 Luminal型乳腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关( P<0.05); Gli1高表达 5年无,复发生存率( 67.74%)低于 Gli1低表达 5年无复发生存率(89.19%)差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);淋巴结转移、 Gli1高表达是影响 Luminal型乳腺癌无复发生存时间的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。Gli1蛋白在 Luminal型乳腺癌组织中表达上调,并且与 Luminal型乳腺癌复发转移密切相关。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore expression of glioma oncogene protein-1 (Gli1) in Luminal breast cancer tissue and its relationship with prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with Luminal breast cancer who were admitted to the hospital from July 2012 toJuly 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.TheexpressionofGli1 in breastcancer tissue andpara-cancerous tissue wasdetected byimmunohistochemistry. The relationship between Gli1 expression and pathological features of Luminal breast cancer, prognosis was analyzed.Re? sults The high expression rate of Gli1 in breast cancer tissue (45.59%) was higher than 13.33% in para-cancerous tissue (χ2=9.433, P< 0.05). The high expression of Gli1 was closely related to lymph node metastasis of Luminal breast cancer (P<0.05). The 5-year recurrence-free survival rate of Gli1 high expression (67.74%) was lower than 89.19% of Gli1 low expression (P<0.05). Lymph node metastasis and Gli1 high expression were independent risk factors influencing recurrence-free survival of Luminal breast cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion Gli1isup-regulatedinLuminalbreastcancertissue,whichiscloselyrelatedto recurrenceand metastasis ofLuminalbreastcancer.
