      目的探讨不同复方聚乙二醇电解质散(和爽)药液温度对病人耐受性及结肠清洁效果的影响,筛选出最佳药液温度供临床使用。方法选择 2017年 1月至 2019年 11月广西医科大学第二附属医院收治的 180例住院需做肠镜检查及治疗的病人为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为 A组(服用 25~30 ℃药液)、 B组(服用 30~35 ℃药液)和 C组(服用 35~38 ℃药液),每组各 60例。清肠药物采用和爽,使用医院内自制饮用纯净水作为溶媒配置成 2L溶液,口服, 1h内服完。所有病人均在 16~18点进行镜检并进行清肠效果评估。比较三组病人的排便时间、耐受性及结肠清洁效果。结果三组病人排便时间及药物耐受性差别无统计学意义,且可耐受病人比例均在 88.0%以上。在结肠清洁效果比较上, A、B、C组清洁效果达到优良的分别为 33、 42、59例。 A组和 B组清洁效果在优良以上的病例比例在 70.0%以下, C组在 98.0%以上。结论采用 35~38 ℃药液进行清肠可以获得最佳清肠效果,可以在临床推广使用。

      Objective To explore the effect of different temperatures of polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder (Ⅱ) solution on patients' tolerance and colon cleansing effect, and to select the best temperature for clinical use.Methods A hundred and eighty patients, who were hospitalized in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2017 to November 2019and were in need of colonoscopy and treatment, were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method,they were assigned into group A (taking drug liquid at 25-30 ℃), group B (taking drug liquid at 30-35 ℃) and group C (taking drug liquid at 35-38 ℃), 60 cases in each group. Polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder (Ⅱ) was used as the bowel cleansing drug, and thepure drinking water made in the hospital was used as the solvent to prepare 2 L solution, which was taken orally within 1 hour. All patients were examined under colonscope from 16 to 18 p.m. and the effect of bowel cleansing was evaluated. Finally we compared thedefecation time, tolerance and colon cleansing effect among the three groups.Results There were no significant differences in defecation time and drug tolerance among the three groups, and the proportions of tolerable patients in the three groups were all above 88.0%.In respect of colon cleansing effect, 33, 42 and 59 cases in group A, B and C achieved excellent cleansing effect respectively. The proportion of cases with excellent cleansing effect in group A and group B was less than 70.0%, and that in group C was more than 98.0%.Conclusion The best colon cleansing effect can be obtained by using drug liquid at 35-38 ℃, which can be widely used in clinic.
