| 目的探讨影响良性阵发性位置性眩晕( BPPV)病人多次复发的危险因素。方法选取 2016年 1月至 2018年 1月于徐州医科大学附属医院诊断为 BPPV并治疗好转的 2 022例病人作为研究对象。根据随访结果分为多次复发组与非多次复发组，比较两组 BPPV病人的临床特点，分析影响 BPPV病人多次复发的危险因素。结果 BPPV多次复发与非多次复发病人相比，女性( 4.33%比 1.01%)、高血压( 57.14%比 17.78%)、糖尿病等因( 15.87%比 6.67%)素差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)，多因素回归分析发现，女性( P<0.001)、高血压( P<0.001)是影响 BPPV复位成功后多次复发的危险因素。结论女性、合并高血压的 BPPV病人更容易出现多次复发。 |

| Objective To investigate the risk factors for multiple recurrences in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).Methods A total of 2 022 patients who were diagnosed with BPPV in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical Universityfrom January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled as the research objects. According to the follow-up results, the patients were assigned into multiple recurrences group and non-recurrence group. The clinical characteristics of BPPV patients were compared and the riskfactors for multiple recurrences of BPPV patients were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in women (4.33% vs. 1.01%),hypertension (57.14% vs. 17.78%), and diabetes (15.87% vs. 6.67%) between BPPV patients with multiple recurrences and those without non-recurrence (P<0.05). Multivariate regression analysis found that women (P<0.001) and hypertension (P< 0.001) were risk factors that affect multiple recurrences after successful BPPV restoration.Conclusion Women with BPPV with hypertension are more likely to have multiple recurrences. |
