高迁移率族蛋白 B1(HMGB1)是一种广泛存在于真核细胞中的核蛋白,可被动地从受损细胞中释放或从免疫细胞主动分泌至胞外,目前大部分研究集中在 HMGB1作为一种关键的炎症介质参与炎症反应,促进心肌缺血再灌注( I/R)损伤。然而, HMGB1也被发现能抑制炎症反应,促进心肌梗死后修复,因此对心肌细胞产生有利的影响。本研究系统综述了 HMGB1通过 RAGE和 TLR2/4等受体介导心肌 I/R损伤以及 HMGB1对心肌的保护作用。 |

High-mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1), a nuclear protein widely found in eukaryotic cells, can be passively releasedfrom damaged cells or actively secreted from immune cells to extracellular matrix. Most of the current studies have focused on HMGB1involvement in inflammatory responses, as a key inflammatory mediator, promoting myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury. How.ever, HMGB1 has also been found to inhibit inflammation, promote repair after myocardial infarction and thus have beneficial effectson cardiomyocytes. This study reviewed that HMGB1 mediated receptors such as RAGE and TLR2/4 are involved in myocardial I/R in.jury and HMGB1 has certain protective effect on myocardium. |
