| Objective To analyse and master the medication law of the patent compound prescription of Chinese medicine for osteo. necrosis of femoral head.Methods Patent Search and Analysis system of SIPO was used to search the patents of traditional Chinesemedicine for the treatment of femoral head necrosis from 2009 to 2018. The data of Chinese medicine patent compound were download.ed and extracted, to input into the TCMISS. The function of "formula analysis" was used to analyse the frequency, association rules andclustering of those compound drugs.Results A total of 94 patent compound prescriptions of Chinese medicine for the treatment of os.teonecrosis of the femoral head were screened out. The most frequent Chinese medicinal materials in turn were Angelica sinensis, Ra.dix achyranthis bidentatae, Panax notoginseng, Drynaria rhizome, Radix rehmanniae preparata, Salvia miltiorrhiza, etc. The commonlyused pair-drugs were Angelica-notoginseng, Rehmanniae Praeparata-Angelica ,Achyranthes bidentata-Angelica, Rhizoma drynariae-Angelica, etc. And it was closely related to Rehmanniae Praeparata,Angelica, Achyranthes bidentata, Frankincense, Myrrh, Drynariaewhen the compound prescription was combined. Then 14 core combinations were clustered into 7 new candidate prescriptions.Conclu. sion Chinese medicine patent compound prescription for femoral head necrosis is mainly composed by Chinese Medicinal Materialswhich have the effect of blood tonifying, blood activating and blood stasis removing.The combination pays attention to regulating Qi and blood, combining movement and static, nourishing the middle and containing the powder, and treating both the specimen and the body.Rehmanniae Praeparata,Angelica, Achyranthes bidentata, Frankincense, Myrrh, Drynariae are not only the high-frequency drugs, butalso strongly related drugs, which are the core drug group of clinical treatment for femoral head necrosis. The above conclusions are ba.sically consistent with the drug law study from the perspective of the corresponding paper, which can provide more powerful referencefor clinical treatment and related drug research and development of femoral head necrosis. |
