| 半乳糖凝集素 -3(galectin-3，gal-3)与脑卒中的关系近年来被越来越多的研究者关注。该综述通过从脑卒中后 gal-3在颅内炎症反应中的作用到参与颅内组织重塑的过程来阐述其对脑卒中病理生理变化产生的影响。同时，回顾了 gal-3与脑卒中发病率及预后之间的关系，进一步分析了 gal-3对临床的指导意义，提出既往研究的不足、现有矛盾及未来探索方向。该综述旨在对 gal-3在脑卒中发生后的病理生理学作用、 gal-3与脑卒中发病和预后之间相关性的研究进展进行介绍及分析。 |

| The relationship between galectin-3 (gal-3) and stroke has received increasing attention from researchers in recent years. The review discusses the effects of gal-3 on the pathophysiological changes of stroke from its role in the intracranial inflammatory response to the process of intracranial tissue remodeling after stroke. Meanwhile, the relationship between gal-3 and the incidence and prognosis of stroke was reviewed, the clinical guidance of gal-3 was further analyzed, and the deficiencies of previous studies, existingcontradictions, and future exploration directions were proposed. This review aims to introduce and analyze the pathophysiological roleof gal-3 after stroke and the research progress on the correlation between gal-3 and stroke incidence and prognosis. |
