| 目的分析术前眼位训练对全飞秒激光治疗近视病人视力及满意度的影响。方法选取 2016年 11月至 2019年 12月来萍乡市人民医院实施全飞秒激光手术矫正近视 1 567例(3 134眼)作为本次研究的观察对象。根据随机抽签法分为两组，一组在术前实施常规操作，设为对照组，总计 784例；另一组在常规操作基础上进行术前眼位训练，设为观察组，总计 783例。对比分析两组的视力改善、并发症及病人满意度情况。结果术后，观察组病人的视力改善情况［≤0.3为 10.08%(79/784)>0.3~ |

| Objective To analyze the effect of preoperative eye position training on visual acuity and satisfaction with full-femtosec ond laser treatment in myopia patients.Methods From November 2016 to December 2019, 1 567 cases (3 134 eyes) of myopia corrected by full-femtosecond laser surgery in PingXiang People's Hospital were selected as the observation objects of this study. According to therandom drawing method, they were divided into two groups. One group performed routine operations before surgery and was set as the con trol group, with a total of 784 cases; the other group underwent preoperative eye position training on the basis of routine operations andwas set as the observation group, with a total of 783 cases.
