目的了解当前“儿科医生荒”背景下医学生儿科医师职业认同现状及相关对策。方法在 2020年 1—4月采用方便抽样方法对九所医学院校共 1 406名大学一年级至五年级的临床医学专业学生进行儿科医师职业认同问卷调查。结果医学本科生儿科医师职业认同总均分为( 3.24±0.62)分,职业认知、职业情感、职业行为、职业承诺、职业期望和职业价值观六个维度得分均高于中间值( P<0.05);不同年级[( 3.45±0.58)分,(3.42±0.54)分,(3.21±0.53)分,(2.97±0.61)分,(2.89±0.70)分)]、专业[(2.95±0.66)分,(3.47±0.48)分]的医学本科生在儿科医师职业认同总均分差异有统计学意义( P<0.01);不同专业和年级医学生在职业认知、职业情感、职业行为、职业承诺、职业期望和职业价值观六个维度得分均差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论医学本科生职业认同水平高于一般认同水平,但仍有上升空间,社会各相关方可采取相应措施加强医学生儿科医师职业认同。 |

Objective To understand the current situation of professional identity of pediatricians in medical students under the back ground of "pediatrician famine" and related countermeasures.Methods From January to April 2020, the convenience sampling methodwas used to select a total of 1 406 clinical medical students from the first year to the fifth year of the nine medical schools to conduct a pe diatrician professional identity questionnaire investigation.Results The total average score of pediatric physicians' professional identityof medical undergraduates was (3.24±0.62) points, and the scores of six dimensions of professional cognition, professional emotion, profes sional behavior, professional commitment, professional expectation and professional values were all higher than the median value, and thedifference was statistically significant significance; different grades (3.45±0.58 points, 3.42±0.54 points, 3.21±0.53 points, 2.97±0.61points, 2.89±0.70 points) and majors (2.95±0.66 points, 3.47±0.48 points) of medical undergraduates had a statistically significant differ ence in the total mean score of pediatrician professional identity (P<0.01); There were statistically significant differences in the scores ofthe six dimensions of professional cognition, professional emotion, professional behavior, professional commitment, professional expecta tion and professional values for medical students with different majors and grades (P<0.05).Conclusion The level of professional identi ty of medical undergraduates is higher than that of general identity, but there is still room for improvement. Relevant measures can be tak en for all relevant parties in society to strengthen the professional identity of pediatricians among medical students. |
