| 目的观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗老年稳定型心绞痛的“双心”(即心脏疾病合并心理疾病)疗效。方法选取安徽中医药大学第一附属医院老年病心内科 2019年 1—12月住院的老年稳定型心绞痛病人 60例，分为对照组和观察组各 30例。对照组给予常规药物治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予血府逐瘀汤加减治疗，两组均以 4周为 1个疗程。治疗前后观察临床症状发作情况、心电图，采用广泛性焦虑量表( GAD-7)进行焦虑评定，同时记录不良反应情况。结果治疗 4周后，观察组的临床总有效率为 86.67%，高于对照组的 73.33%(P<0.05)心电图改善总有效率观察组为 93.33%，优于对照组的 73.33%(P<0.05)，治疗后焦虑发生率观察组为 16.7%，低于对照组的 46.7，%，广泛性焦虑量表评分观察组为( 4.03±1.85)分，低于对照组的( 6.32± |

| Objective To observe the psycho-cardiology efficacy of treatment with Modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the elderly patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with stable angina pectoris who underwent cardiology treat-ment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were se-lected. The patients were randomly assigned into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30). The control group was given the conventional medications, while the bservation group was given modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of conventional therapy, 4weeks as a course. Clinical TCM symptoms were observed, the electrocardiogram was determined and the patients were given anxiety re-views by using generalized anxiety disorder-7 (GAD-7) before and after treatment, and adverse reactions were recorded.Results After four weeks of the treatment, the clinical total effective rate in observation group was 86.67%, which was higher than the 73.33% of con-trol group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of electrocardiograph improvement in the observation group was 93.33%, which was betterthan the 73.33% of control group (P<0.05). The occurrence rate of anxiety after treatment in the observation group was 16.7%, whichwas lower than the 46.7% of control group, and the score of GAD-7 in the observation group was (4.03±1.85) scores, which was lowerthan the control group [(6.32±3.04) scores], there were statistical differences between patients with observation group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical efficacy of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can significantly increase in treating the elderly pa-tients with stable angina pectoris, and it may improve obviously the patients' electrocardiogram. It can reduce the occurrence rate ofanxiety and score of GAD-7, which can get the effect of "psycho-cardiology". |
