| 紫杉烷是用于治疗恶性肿瘤的广谱抗肿瘤药物，疗效确切，但其导致的认知功能障碍不仅降低病人对化疗的依从性，还会长期影响病人的生活质量。该文就紫杉烷致认知功能障碍的流行病学、临床症状、高危因素、发生机制及治疗进行综述，为临床预防及治疗此类毒副作用提供参考。 |

| Taxane is a broad-spectrum antitumor drug for the treatment of malignant tumors with definite curative effects, but the cog.nitive dysfunction caused by this drug not only reduces the compliance of patients with chemotherapy but also affects the quality of lifeof patients over the long term. This article reviews the epidemiology, clinical symptoms, high-risk factors, pathogenesis and treatment of taxane-induced cognitive dysfunction and provides references for the clinical prevention and treatment of such toxicity and side effects. |
