| 在胃肠外科病房中，老年胃肠道肿瘤病人住院比例逐渐增多，胃肠道肿瘤可导致营养不良的快速发生，大多数老年胃肠道肿瘤病人在入院诊治时就已面临严重的营养风险，营养不良增加术后死亡率和并发症发生率，但老年病人术前营养不良难以诊断和治疗，运用合适的营养评估工具进行营养风险评估，并在术前展开合理的营养支持治疗，能够帮助老年胃肠道肿瘤病人顺利度过围手术期，降低术后死亡率和并发症发生率，减少住院日，改善预后。 |

| In the gastrointestinal surgery ward, the hospitalization rate of elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors is gradually in.creasing. Gastrointestinal tumors can lead to the rapid occurrence of malnutrition, and most elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumorsalready face serious nutritional risks when they are admitted to the hospital, which will increase postoperative mortality and complica.tion rates. However, preoperative malnutrition in elderly patients is difficult to diagnose and treat. Therefore, using appropriate nutri.tional assessment tools for nutritional risk assessment and carrying out reasonable nutritional support treatment before surgery can helpelderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors go through the perioperative period smoothly and reduce postoperative mortality and com.plication rates. Reduce hospital days and improve outcomes. |
