      目的建立夏慈消结散的质量标准。方法 2021年 4—8月,采用薄层色谱法( TLC)对夏慈消结散中夏枯草、酒白芍、穿心莲、莪术进行了薄层色谱鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法( HPLC)测定芍药苷、迷迭香酸以及穿心莲内酯的含量。结果夏枯草、酒白芍、穿心莲、莪术的薄层色谱鉴别,供试品与对照品薄层色谱相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点、分离度好、专属性强;高效液相含量测定中芍药苷、迷迭香酸、穿心莲内酯的线性范围分别为 0.12~6.00 μg(r=0.999 9)0.07~3.50 μg(r=0.999 6)和 0.25~12.50 μg(r=0.999 9),平均回收率分别为 102.90%、101.19%和 101.90%,相对标准差( RSD2.70%、2.64%和 2.97%。结论)为建立的薄层色谱鉴别和高效液相色谱含量测定,方法简便、可行,可用于夏慈消结散的质量控制。
英文摘要:
      Objective To build up the quality standards of Xiaci Xiaojiesan.Methods From April to August 2021,the TLC method was used to identify Prunella vulgaris L., Paeonia tacti lora Pall., Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.)Nees, and Curcuma phaeocaulis val in Xiaci Xiaojiesan. The content of paeoniflorin, rosmarinic acid, andrographolide were determined by HPLC.Results The TLC identification of Prunella vulgaris L., Paeonia tacti lora Pall., Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Nees, and Curcuma phaeocaulis val. revealed the same color spots on the corresponding position, indicating good separation and high specificity. The paeoniflorin, rosmarin.ic acid, andrographolide had a good linearity within the scope of 0.12~6.00 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.07~3.50 μg (r=0.999 6) and 0.25~12.50 μg (r=0.999 9), respectively. The average recovery rates were 102.90%, 101.19% and 101.90%, respectively, and the RSD results were2.70%, 2.64% and 2.97%, respectively.Conclusion This method is accurate and replicable, and it can provide a consult for the quali. ty control of Xiaci Xiaojiesan.
