| 偏头痛和脑卒中均为临床常见的致残性神经系统疾病，造成巨大的社会经济负担。目前关于两者的内容报道均较多，但两者之间的相关性尚未完全阐明。该研究从两者相关流行病学证据、偏头痛作为脑卒中的危险因素、卵圆孔未闭引起的偏头痛相关性青年缺血性脑卒中、偏头痛性脑梗死、偏头痛相关卒中模拟病以及临床治疗及意义等方面入手，以期明确两者间的关系。 |

| Migraine and stroke are common disabling neurological diseases in clinic, causing huge health economic burden to our society. Although there have been many reports in recent years, the underlying mechanism still remains a challenge for neurologists. Thisstudy aims to clarify the relationship between migraine headache and stroke, we summarize the advanced epidemiological evidences,migraine as a risk factor for stroke, migraine-related ischemic stroke in young adults caused by patent foramen ovale, migrainous infarction, stroke mimics and the clinical treatment and significance, and hope to explore the relationship between migraine and stroke. |
