| 腹腔镜手术是卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿诊断的“金标准”和首选治疗方式，但越来越多的研究发现术后病人的卵巢储备功能有不同程度的损伤，生育能力可能受到潜在的影响。因此，该文就腹腔镜卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术对病人的卵巢储备功能和生育的影响研究进展作一综述，为探讨如何保护病人的卵巢储备功能，提高生育能力，改善临床预后提供依据。 |

| Laparoscopic surgery is the "gold standard" for the diagnosis and preferred treatment of ovarian endometriotic cysts; how-ever, an increasing number of studies have indicated that postoperative ovarian reserve function in patients is damaged to different de-grees and fertility may be potentially affected. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress on the effect of laparoscopic ovarianendometriotic cyst debulking on ovarian reserve function and fertility of patients and provides a basis for exploring how to protect ovari-an reserve function, improve fertility, and improve clinical prognosis. |
