      目的观察超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合黄金微针射频治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效。方法选择 2019年 3月至 2021年 3月在河南大学第一附属医院皮肤科门诊按就诊顺序将符合诊断标准的面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕病人 70例,分为观察组和对照组,每组 35例。观察组采用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光和黄金微针射频交替治疗,首次使用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光,间隔 2周后用黄金微针射频。对照组采用黄金微针射频单独治疗,间隔 4周。结果两组痤疮瘢痕临床评分量表(ECCA)权重评分治疗前观察组( 52.29±20.48)分,对照组(51.43±26.58)分,组间比较,差异无统计学意义( Z=.0.49,P=0.623);治疗后观察组降至( 23.29±15.43)分,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义( Z=.4.73,P<0.001);对照组降至( 37.14±19.03)分,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义( Z=.3.48,P<0.001)治疗后两组比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=.3.16,P=0.002)。观察组治疗总有效率为 91.43%,对照组为 74.29%,组间比较,差异有统,计学意义( χ2=4.57,P=0.031)。观察组术后红肿持续、愈合及休工时间低于对照组,差异

      Objective To investigate the efficacy of an ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide fractional laser combined with gold microneedle radiofrequency in the treatment of facial acne depression scars.Methods A total of 70 patients with depressed facial acne scars whomet the diagnostic criteria in the outpatient clinic of the Department of Dermatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Universityin the order of consultation from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with alternating ultra-pulsed CO2 laser and gold microneedle radiofre-quency, with the first use of ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser and 2-week interval followed by gold microneedle radiofrequency. Thecontrol group was treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency alone with an interval of 4 weeks. Results Before treatment, theweight scores of the acne scar clinical scale (ECCA) in the observation group (52.29±20.48) and the control group (51.43±26.58) werenot statistically significant (Z=.0.49,P=0.623). After treatment, the observation group decreased to (23.29±15.43) points, and the differ-ence was statistically significant when comparing before and after treatment (Z=.4.73,P<0.001).The control group decreased to (37.14±19.03) points, and the difference was statistically significant when comparing before and after treatment (Z=.3.48,P<0.001).The differ-ence was statistically significant when comparing between the two groups after treatment (Z=.3.16,P=0.002).The overall effective ratewas 91.43% in the observation group and 74.29% in the control group, with statistically significant differences between groups (χ2= 4.57, P=0.031).The duration of redness and swelling, healing and rest time after surgery were lower in the observation group than in thecontrol group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusions The combination of an ultra-pulsed CO2 laser and gold microneedle radiofrequency can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the postoperative adverse reactions ofpatients.The combination of the two is safe,effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
